While Thanksgiving came and went last week, we hope you won't mind if we take a moment to express our gratitude to you. Thanks to our clients, ASC industry friends and the amazing Serbin Medical Billing team (which recently welcomed back several former employees), we have had a very successful year. It has been exciting to reconnect with former clients and friends. The confidence you express in our unique model of service-focused revenue cycle management and education further validates our belief that this approach has been sorely missed and is much needed.

Special thanks go to the many new friends we made this year. Even after 30 years in the industry, we developed new relationships that we are eager to grow. Thank you for your enthusiasm, support and validation. The ability to build this company based on name and reputation, rather than spending heavily on advertising, allows us to invest more in our people and infrastructure. This will serve to further differentiate Serbin Medical Billing from the pack and ensure we can provide our clients with the level of service they are seeking and deserve.
