ASC Business Office Staff Tasklists Series

Each member of your ASC’s business office staff should have clearly delineated tasks required to perform their job properly. These tasks should be outlined in their job description (as a tasklist), which should be explained at time of employment and signed by the employee. You can use such a tasklist for auditing purposes and also for evaluating employee progress.
